Why doesn't he talk back?

The angle is a little strange on this pic. Kinda makes him look like he has Gorilla arms. But his arms really are actually proportioned to his body, I Promise! But isn't that just the cutest face! Oh my sweet little monkey boy!

So this is an old video but I still think it is cute. We were at Grandma Katy's house watching a cooking show. I was changing Bryce and he was staring at the TV and talking and talking to the Chef. I didn't catch as much of his talking in this video as I would have liked, but it was still so sweet to hear him tell the Chef what he thought. I wonder if Bryce was wondering why the Chef never responded to him? But on second thought, maybe Bryce thought he was talking back to him and thats why he kept talking. Man oh man I wish I could get inside my babies head. Wouldn't that just be fascinating to know what they think? When I'm talking to my mom or to John I often put them on speakerphone so I can keep taking care of the baby or whatever I'm doing. Well, when Bryce hears their voices he looks at the phone and tries to grab it and starts talking to them and even tries to give it a Brycee boy baby kiss. SO CUTE! But what must he be thinking? Maybe...Why are they sometimes here and I can see them and sometimes they are in this black skinny box thing? Why aren't mom and I ever in this thing? I ESPECIALLY want to know what they are thinking when they smile while they are sleeping. What could they be dreaming about that would bring such big smiles to their face? Hopefully he's dreaming about his mommy ;-D Ha Ha Ha, maybe I should keep dreaming =}
